Today on November 13th 2019, the U.M.S.M. and the I.S.S.R. (Illinois Soviet Socialist Republic) signed and entered into a defensive alliance with each other. This states that if someone is to attack the I.S.S.R., the U.M.S.M. will defend the I.S.S.R. with all its available might.
